Hello, I'm G! I’m a yoga teacher who believes movement, meditation, and somatic practices are powerful pathways to reconnect with our most authentic selves.
With nearly two decades of personal practice, I deepened my connection to the eight limbs of yoga through a 200-hour YTT at JP Centre Yoga during a time of significant personal transformation. That journey ignited my passion for guiding others to drop into themselves through yoga.
Since graduating from my yoga teacher training in May 2024, I have taught over 60 hours, further refining my approach to creating intentional and accessible spaces for all practitioners. My teaching approach is an open invitation—encouraging students to listen to their bodies above all else. I am trained in trauma-informed hands-on assists and am expanding my work in somatic movement, drawing inspiration from a trauma-informed yoga therapy training I completed in Fall 2024.
I also love sharing yoga with young people and have had the privilege of teaching middle school students at Shady Hill School. Whether working with kids or adults, my goal is to create a space where each practitioner feels empowered to explore, breathe, and move in a way that honors their unique needs.

Let’s design a yoga experience that feels both relaxing and fun.
✨ Vinyasa Flow – A dynamic, breath-centered class that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels, with modifications offered. Cost: $25 per person.
✨ Kids & Teens Yoga – Playful, engaging classes tailored for younger practitioners, fostering body awareness, confidence, and relaxation techniques. Cost: $100–$200 per session (depends on size & budget).
✨ Community & Workplace Yoga – Custom group classes for schools, businesses, or organizations, designed to reduce stress and promote well-being in a shared space. Cost: Single Session (60 min) or $150–$300 or 4 week Series: $750.
